Note: EXPERIMENTAL CLASS This interface is ultimately intended to become an update for SimpleMem that offers greater flexibility and customizability, as well as support for memory-mapped devices.

As of SST 11, this interface is experimental and subject to change (possibly breaking) in future releases. Users are encouraged to try it out and provide the SST team with questions and/or feedback.
