VaultSimC Element Library

Description:

VaultSim performs a simple simulation of stacked (and, optionally, chained) memory. Each memory stack is comprised of a LogicLayer component and one or more VaultSim components which actually store the memory data. Basic contention, bandwidth, and internal latency is accounted for. VaultSim does not track detailed DRAM timing.
